What information we collect about you.

We collect information about you when you contact Sirenity Sound for the Soul to enquire about services, book an appointment, have a service, sign up to any promotional advertisement, enter a competition, whether that contact is online, paper, email or phone.

The information you give me may include your name, home or business address, email address, phone number, date of birth, relevant medical history, all medical history will be securely stored for future appointments.

This information is required for services booked and being able to contact you in regards to your appointment. Reminders are sent out to remind you of your upcoming appointments. DOB’s are for marketing reasons. This information will only ever be used by Sirenity Sound for The Soul.

How your information will be used

We will use your personal information to deliver the services you have booked.

​We will not share your information with any other third party without your consent except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law. 

​If you have consented to receive marketing, you can opt out at any time.              

You have the right, at any time to request we stop contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted, please email sirenity.co.uk@gmail.com and request removal.

How long your information will be kept for

​If you decide to no longer be a client of Sirenity Sound for The Soul with a 12 month period between appointments or if you request removal then we will remove all of your basic information within 7 days.

All treatment record cards will be kept for 7 years from the date of your last treatment.

If you have given consent for communication then you will receive information until you opt out, or request removal.

Where your information is kept

Your information is stored securely online in accordance with GDPR, on Mailchimp, Go Cardless, JotForm, Sam’s mobile telephone and on her laptop. Everything online or laptop is password protected.

Access to your personal information, correction and removal

​You have the right to request a copy of your personal information that is held about you.

​We want to make sure that your personal information is up to date and correct. You may ask us to correct or remove any information you think is inaccurate.

​You have the right to request any information about you is removed. For medical reasons, all medical records will be kept for 7 years from the last date of treatment.
